Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of anvayastays.com and any booking you make with Anvaya Stays. By enquiring, booking or staying with us, you agree to them. Please read alongside our Privacy and Cancellation policies.

Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and we send written confirmation. Rates are per night for the whole house and include the services listed on each villa page. Prices may change until a booking is confirmed.

Cancellation & refunds

Full refund up to 30 days before check-in; 50% up to 14 days; non-refundable within 14 days. We will always try to move your dates before cancelling. Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original method.

Check-in, check-out & deposit

Check-in 2 PM, checkout 11 AM, subject to the calendar. A refundable security deposit of ₹25,000 is held against damage and returned within 7 days of departure.

Guest responsibilities & house rules

Guests agree to respect the home, its neighbours and staff. Occupancy may not exceed the stated capacity. No smoking indoors. Events and additional visitors require prior written approval. Illegal activity ends the stay without refund.

Damage & liability

Guests are responsible for damage beyond fair wear. Anvaya is not liable for loss of personal belongings or for events outside our control, including weather, utilities and force majeure. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking.

Privacy & data

We collect only what we need to plan your stay and never sell your data. Enquiry forms are processed securely. See our Privacy policy for detail on storage, cookies and your rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Goa. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
